 One day one of my friend said if you run you are a runner. it doesn’t matter how fast you run or how far you run. If today is the first day or you have been running last 30years there is no test pass no licence to earn no membership card. You get you just run -run. I said all of those people accomplishing amazing feet it is wonderful to see every day on roads and parks  those that puff and blow for that first few hundred meters and are told by well- meaning friends that they are too big or too old or too uncoordinated and unfit to run  at all but they keep going and trying -they never give up.

The other day one women Infront of me was struggling to keep going and you could sense she was determined to not give up but rather to reach her goals good on her -what an inspiration let us all be wonderful supportive family that we can possibly be for all runners like this

WHAT MOTIVATES ME TO RUN

I will say physical fitness and mental clarity. I love the feeling of getting stronger it is addicting .my partner has also been a great Running partner and motivator. Olympic runner Alexi pappas fascination with our Greek identity and gain so much inspiration from it in many ways. I admire how she uses that as a fuel for herself and her dreams. 

WHY I RUN

It is my meditation after being smoker for 15 years I needed something to its place. Running did that for me it allows me to undo myself of the stress of life. early morning warmup with skipping rope start to run after Best running Shoes will use for run through. BROCCOLI AND REMESCO PITTA PIZZA

The combination of antioxidant vitamin A and C in broccoli, and vitamin Ethe hazelnuts, make this a treat that can help boost your immune system

Ingredients

1 Red capsicum :4 tbsp Hazelnuts: 1 tbsp sherry vinegar:1/2tbsp smoked paprika:2 tbsp olive oil:2 pitta breads:75 g tomato paste:1 spring of oregano:200g long-stem broccoli: Vegan Cheese(optional): Handful of salad leaves: salt and pepper

HOW TO PREPARE

  • Heat your over 180c- then place the read capsicum on a baking tray and roast until the skin blackens. Once cooked, allow it to cool before peeling of skin
  • For the romesco, blend the pepper flesh with the hazelnuts, sherry vinegar, smoked paprika and olive oil until smooth, then set aside.
  • Toast pittas for few mins until they are warmed but not crispy. Mix the tomato paste and oregano with salt and pepper to taste
  • Blanch the Broccoli in boiling water for 2-3 mins, then plunge into col water to stop further cooking
  • Spread tomato paste over your pitta. Then pile it high with the broccoli and a sprinkling of cheese. Bake at 180c again for 3-4 mins until heated through: dollop over the romesco sauce and top with salad leaves  
  • After 3 -4 mins, turn off your oven remove remisco pitta Pizza cut with knife or pizza cutter serve your family and friend healthy food
