Q. How do I track my order?
 1. Check your order status in Track my Parcel
 2. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking ID number and link. Be sure to check your junk/ spam folder in case it lands in there!
Q. Can you ship my order internationally?
     A. Nixico only ships within Australia And New Zealand.
 Q. Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
      A. Yes, we are able to deliver to PO Boxes however with some larger parcels and more remote locations it may not be possible.
 Q. How long does delivery take?
All orders are processed in 1-2 business days. we’ll email you with a tracking link so you can see where your order is and the expected delivery date or you can Log In to your account to check the status of your order, you can track your order 24/7 our tracking system Track my parcel (click here). Delivery times are affected by product availability, customers' geographic location, shipping destination & courier partner's delivery time to location. We offer free shipping on all orders

Incorrect Goods Supplied -
If we supply you with an incorrect product, we will supply you with the correct product once the incorrect product has been returned. In the event of a wrong product being supplied, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods. The freight cost incurred will be paid by Nixico.
 Faulty Products -
Our Company takes pride in supplying quality products. Our goods come with guarantees which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consume Law (Statutory warranties). You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Availability of Products Notice
All products on our website are supplied subject to availability. We will use our best endeavours to supply you with the product ordered. On occasion however, goods that are displayed on our website may not be available. If this occurs, we will contact you and offer you a part collection for the balance of your order that is available or issue you with a refund or credit note for that part of the order that cannot be supplied.

Any kid’s product has damage or complaint we will recall that product customer must return or dispose ASAP Prior to notice.
